Adoption Order
An adoption order identifies the child to be adopted, the parents who are adopting the child and the date of adoption.
An adoption order can be provided upon written request to an adult adoptee or an adoptive parent/guardian on behalf of their minor child.
A certified copy of an adoption order may be required for legal purposes.
