Biological background information is non-identifying information about you and your birth family which was gathered at the time of adoption.  This information may include your place of birth, birth weight and time of birth.  Information regarding birth family including ethnic origin, occupation, height, weight, hair & eye colour, appearance, personality, interests and medical information.

This information can be provided upon written request to the adult adoptee, a descendant of a deceased adopted person or an adoptive parent/guardian of a minor child.
