We know parents have an enormous influence on children growing up to be happy and healthy adults. That’s why we want to better support moms and dads to handle one of the most difficult jobs around; being a parent.
Alberta is home to approximately 290,000 children under the age of six. Many of these children will have bright futures – however – some of these children will face challenge. The Alberta government’s highest priority is to ensure its most precious resource – its children – are protected and able to develop to their fullest potential.
Alberta has 46 Parent Link Centres spread out across the province. Each of these centres are uniquely designed to meet the needs of families living in each community.
