Print publications from your computer. All publications are listed on the Materials and Resources webpage. -
Register and order publications online with Data Document Manager (DDM).
- If you represent an organization in Alberta that will be placing orders on a regular basis
- register first to receive a Login ID and password via email

- Please note, individuals who are not part of an organization cannot place orders online at this time. We recommend printing publications from your computer.

Key benefits of the DDM Ordering System
- The system automatically saves your order so you can use it as a template for future orders - and this will save you time;
- You can order publications from other ministry catalogues at the same time you are ordering from the Prevention of Family Violence and Bullying Division catalogue;
- You are issued a confirmation number so you can track your order;
- Orders are usually received within 4-5 business days. Rush orers will be processed the same day;
- You have access to a user manual and you can contact the Service Alberta Distribution Coordinator via email or phone 780-644-1301 if you have any problems. This number is toll-free in Alberta by diallng 310-0000 first.

This method of ordering is helpful if you don’t have regular access to a computer. You can print copies of the order form and use them in the future, but remember to check our website regularly for the current order form, as we continue to add new resources to our catalogue.
